About Yokena-Jeff Davis Water

Providing good, clean, safe drinking water for the
communities of Yokena and Jeff Davis.
The Yokena-Jeff Davis Water District
is a non-profit organization. The seal reads, "Non-stock
organization." Reasonable access of water is supplied to our
community on the basis of a membership and service fees.
How YJDWD is Operated
YJDWD is governed by a local board of directors
and directed by the U. S. Department of Agriculture,
Mississippi State Board of Health, and the Mississippi
Department of Environmental Quality.
Our attorneys are the Law Offices
of Varner, Parker, and Sessums, PA. We are insured by the
Policy Center, Inc.
Day-to-day operations of our plant
is by Heflin Engineering. Point of Contact is Josh

Federal EPA "Clean Water Act".
